- 1.5 pounds beef bulgogi, grilled
- 1.5 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 slices American cheese
- 8 tablespoons sriracha mayo
- 4 Hawaiian burger buns, split, toasted
Directions
- Spread a generous amount of sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each Hawaiian bun.
- Portion the cooked beef bulgogi among the 4 bottoms.
- Place a slice of American cheese on top of the eef bulgogi.
- Top with a handful of shredded cabbage for crunch and freshness.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the Hawaiian bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with Foodland furikake wonton chips and a Maika`i shaka session IPA.
