  • 1.5 pounds beef bulgogi, grilled
  • 1.5 cups shredded cabbage
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 8 tablespoons sriracha mayo
  • 4 Hawaiian burger buns, split, toasted

 

Directions

  1. Spread a generous amount of sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each Hawaiian bun.
  2. Portion the cooked beef bulgogi among the 4 bottoms.
  3. Place a slice of American cheese on top of the eef bulgogi.
  4. Top with a handful of shredded cabbage for crunch and freshness.
  5. Close the sandwich with the top half of the Hawaiian bun.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy with Foodland furikake wonton chips and a Maika`i shaka session IPA.
